Last updated: August 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TarotReveal.com ("TarotReveal", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when you use TarotReveal.com or join our newsletter. Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other data-protection laws apply, we process personal information in accordance with those laws. TarotReveal.com is the controller responsible for the processing described in this Policy.
1. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact info@tarotreveal.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Newsletter information: email address, optional first name, selected zodiac sign, signup source, confirmation status, unsubscribe status, and related timestamps.
- Communications: information you include when you contact us for support or a privacy request.
Information collected automatically
- Technical and security data: IP address, request time, requested page, response status, browser or device information, and diagnostic events produced by our servers and security systems.
- Essential cookies: session and security cookies used to prevent request forgery, remember necessary state, and protect the Service.
Most TarotReveal content can be used without creating an account or identifying yourself. An email address and zodiac sign are required if you choose to receive a personalized horoscope newsletter. Without those details, we cannot provide that optional feature.
3. How and why we use information

4. Newsletter consent
We use a confirmation step before activating your newsletter signup. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We may retain a limited suppression record so that we can respect your unsubscribe choice.
5. Cookies and analytics
TarotReveal uses cookies that are necessary for security and core site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or targeted advertising. When Google Analytics is configured, its script remains blocked until you explicitly accept analytics cookies. Rejecting optional cookies does not limit access to TarotReveal, and you can change your choice at any time through the Cookie Preferences control in the footer.

6. When information is shared
We may share limited information with:
- Infrastructure providers that host the Service, databases, backups, static assets, and media;
- Email providers that deliver newsletter confirmation and subscribed newsletter messages;
- Security and error-monitoring providers that help identify technical failures and protect the Service;
- Google Analytics, only when it is configured and you have accepted analytics cookies, to measure aggregate site usage;
- Professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, protect users, or comply with law; and
- A successor organization as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.
Providers may process information only for the services they supply to us and under appropriate contractual and security obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. International processing
Some service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where data protection law requires it, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards. You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your data.
8. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose:
- active newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe or we end the newsletter;
- unsubscribe and consent records may be retained to honor your choice and demonstrate compliance;
- technical and security records are retained for limited operational, security, and abuse-prevention periods; and
- backup copies follow protected backup-rotation schedules and are isolated from ordinary use until they expire or are overwritten.
We may retain information longer where required by law, needed to resolve a dispute, or necessary to protect legal rights. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption for data transmitted over public networks, access controls, private production networks, restricted production access, monitoring, and secure backup procedures. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:
- request access to personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion or restriction of processing;
- object to certain processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive eligible information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time; and
- complain to your local data-protection supervisory authority.

11. Automated decision-making
TarotReveal does not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Tarot, horoscope, dream, and random-number content is not such a decision and must not be treated as professional advice.
12. Children
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
